I was offered 30$ reimbursement for the issue which was not as much as I was hoping to get back for the inconvenience, but enough to feel I still got a good deal.     Phone arrived in nice packaging, however, I did pay extra for a phone in "excellent" condition and the phone arrived dirty and had a small scratch in the screen. I had to use a pick to scape out the gunk all along the edges of the screen, then sanitized it with alcohol. The scratch isn't a major deal but I don't know why I had to pay extra for a phone that I wouldn't consider to be in "excellent" condition.

    The device works perfectly. I would say the condition is probably even better than what was advertised. This was listed as good and I would say it’s a little bit better than that. Anything that is scuffed is so minor. It’s hardly noticeable works great shipping was slow, but that’s not their fault that was due to weather delay delay
