    I would have given this device a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, it arrived dirty on the bottom speakers. I had to use a toothpick to clean them. However, the rest of the phone was in good condition, with no dents or scratches. The battery health was 94%, which is acceptable considering its “Excellent” condition. All the functions work well so far, and I’m getting used to the larger phone. When I expressed my concern about the dirty phone, they compensated me for the inconvenience, which was very kind of them. I hope to receive a clean device in the future so that I can give it a 5-star rating.
