    I got the phone in just a few days. This is my very first time getting a refurbished phone. The price was good but I don’t believe this is excellent quality. The phone comes with dings on the side and all of the nooks and crannies are filled with dirt. Even the back camera has dirt specs all around it. I feel like the phone should’ve been cleaned properly before it came. Otherwise it works great and I’m impressed with the quality of the screen and the battery.

    First time purchase made me a little sceptical, especially because I opted for a device listed in "good" condition. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a device in almost new condition. Some very small scratches on the front display that were no longer visible after installing a screen protector. More importantly, the inner folding display was just about flawless. I had no issues activating the phone myself. Shipping took about 3 business days and the device arrived well packaged. Overall I'm very happy with my device and very happy with my experience on back market. I will be back to purchase other devices and if I continue to have positive experiences, I will be recommending this app to everyone. My only gripe so far is that the charger they included in the box did not work. The power adapter is a super fast charger which is an unexpected plus, but the cable was cheap and did not plug in correctly causing me to use my own cable. Will hope that the next purchase I make includes a working charger.

    The watch works as it should and came with a charger. I’m not sure why it was listed in excellent condition though. There is many scratches but none on the screen. I would have went with the cheaper option if I knew excellent didn’t mean excellent.

Only minor nit was the the battery charger included in the package was a "slow charger", and arrived with a dead battery (depleted).
