    There was a major confusion in my order. I accidentally ordered 2 iPhone 16 pro max phones and immediately cancelled the order when I realized it and couldn’t change the order. So at the most it was a few minutes from order to cancel. I corrected the order to just a single phone and made the order. I did receive a fed ex delivery of one iPhone 16 pro max on February 4th, which was sooner than expected. Despite T having cancelled the first order for 2 phones, I was told that 2 iPhone 16 pro max phone were shipped and delivered to my home and signed for. I never received this package and spent a good bit of time dealing with customer service to resolve the issue. I feel that the error was caused by your companies procedures. I canceled the order promptly, and yet it still went through. The customer service was polite, but this was not an enjoyable process. Susan Hedman

    I recently purchased an iPhone 14 from BackMarket, and this is actually the third phone we’ve bought from this website, but the first iPhone. Overall, the aesthetic condition of the device is excellent. It looks almost brand new, with no visible scratches or defects. Cosmetically, it fully meets the expectations of the “Excellent” condition described. However, I do feel disappointed with the battery health, which is currently at 80%. This phone was a gift for my partner, so I was hoping for a higher battery health percentage, especially since I selected the “Excellent” condition and had seen many reviews mentioning devices arriving with stronger battery performance. While I understand that 80% may fall within acceptable parameters, it does mean that the battery will likely need replacement in the near future. Aside from the battery health, everything else about the phone is perfect. It works flawlessly, looks great, and the purchasing process was smooth. I still appreciate the overall quality, but I do wish the battery condition had been better, particularly for a device listed in excellent condition.
