    “Fair” is still high quality, do not think you are getting a crappy piece of junk, it’s more of a hand me down from a mostly responsible older sibling. The minor cosmetic damage doesn’t impact the performance whatsoever.

    It works exactly the way I hoped it would. It's my first ipad I've ever owned and wanted to use it for my teleprompters and organization on film sets for my business. I put it through the ringer just the other day, 12/10/25, for a commercial client's shoot day and it was fantastic. It also looks the way I'd want it to look being in "Excellent" condition. Barely a mark on it, and seemed basically new. I also had some nervousness buying an older model, but from what I can tell this should last me quite a while, and the only thing stopping me from getting a replacement is when apple decides to stop doing updates for it. 10/10, super happy with it, and plan to buy more in the future.

    The MacBook Air (fair) came with scratches and dents on the outside cover which is fine because i was putting on a protective cover anyways. The screen and keyboard looked brand new so I was very happy. Most importantly, the MacBook has worked flawlessly so far with no issues. I will be buying all my Apple products from Backmarket from now on.

    The phone itself was in pristine and excellent condition minus it havnt a bit of filth in the seems of the phone, and the battery health was near pristine. However, the issue was with the internals: the top speaker of the phone was blown. Although minor, the battery itself was a non-Apple genuine battery, but that's more of a nitpick than an actual issue. The top speaker, however, necessitated me going to a shop to fix it since the refurbisher doesn't offer repair or replacement services; they only offer refunds.
