    The first MacBook I received was in pretty rough shape. It had dents on the corners, and the screen had clearly been replaced—but not very well. It looked like someone had pried the screen off around the edges. Since this was my first time ordering from Back Market, I was pretty disappointed and discouraged. However, after contacting their support through online chat, I had a much better experience. They were very helpful—I sent pictures, and they agreed the condition was below what was advertised. They processed a full refund, and I ordered a replacement. I received the replacement in just one day, and although it was listed in the same “good” condition, it arrived in excellent shape—no dents and it looked almost new. Overall, I’m very happy. Back Market’s communication and customer service were fantastic. They made things right, and I would definitely consider using them again for future electronics purchases.

    The MacBook Air arrived in very good condition. There are no noticeable scratches and the laptop works very well. Only issue I have is the life of the battery - the battery dies so quickly and therefore, It needs to be charged frequently. But other than, I couldn't be happier with it!
