    I wasn't expecting it to look as good as it did! I bought a fair grade Macbook Air with 16gb RAM for a little over $350 (which BLOWS any PC laptop at that price range out of the water!) So I figured that the MacBook would be a little beaten up, BUT when I took it out of the package... It was fairly pristine! Other than a few minor scratches along the edge, and faded sticker marks on the cover (which didn't matter at all once I put a cover on it,) I got a really REALLY nice MacBook! The screen was perfect. 100% maximum capacity battery life. It operated like brand new! Couldn't be happier with this purchase! I was on the verge of purchasing a MacBook air with the same specs on multiple other sites, including Facebook marketplace, but they didn't offer the same protections, nor the price. The closest I found in price was over $400, so it felt like a great deal to me.

    This iPhone was purchased for my wife, as she had an iPhone 11 since they rolled out. I ordered this phone well in advance of her birthday, so I decided to give it to her early. When she opened the box, I was pleasantly surprised at the quality. Being a refurbished/used phone, you definitely lower your expectations a little. Is it 100% perfect? Absolutely not, but is it close? Yes. After doing some research, I decided to use BackMarket, and I couldn’t be happier. More importantly, my wife loved the phone. As stated, it’s not perfect, but you can’t tell it’s ever been used from 6 inches away. The packaging from the seller was great. Delivery was very fast, and it was shipped express without me ordering it express at checkout. Props to the seller for that. The only two snags — once again in my opinion, is a slight scratch on the case of the phone and the fact it doesn’t already come with a screen protector/case when purchased. *Side note* As far as chargers, I wasn’t really worried about that as we already have MagSafe chargers on deck. However, I feel like the quality of the charger could have been better. Outside of that, I’m just being nit-picky. There were tons of mixed reviews, but as I said, the people with the negative reviews have to lower their expectations when buying used tech. Do a little research, look at the reviews of who is selling said tech to BackMarket, and just pull the trigger from there. In my opinion, it was well worth the savings. Great experience.
