    The battery at 100% capacity was a pleasant surprise. The general condition of the phone is very good. The only disappointing thing was that the screen has a lot of scuff marks when I look at it carefully. But O see them only when the screen is off (black). Otherwise, when the screen is lit, the scuff marks are not visible. All in all, hapy with the purchase.

    Battery doesn't seem 100% new but satisfactory. When upgrading, or replacing, I was coming from an XS Max of the same GB size and color, but it was in very bad repair and practically useless. I am so happy to just have a functioning phone again. The screen and the case of this new-to-me phone are just fine, I'm happy with it.

    This is my second time ordering from Backmarket. I went with a good condition phone as I might be switching providers soon. The phone showed up in perfect condition and was exactly as described. However, after a day I noticed the battery draining and charging at varying rates. The battery swelled up and the phone would not work unless plugged in. My old phone died completely after I was able to barely transfer all my data and photos over, so the easiest route was just for me to go to a local shop and get a new battery and back glass installed. Phone has worked flawlessly since. I did not bother contacting Backmarket since the phone is now fine and I bought just a "good" condition phone. So this is just a message on you do take a chance with used low rated phones. Overall, really like using Backmarket and will purchase form them again.

    They shipped the wrong model. Asked for a iPhone 12 but received an 11. The back looked like it was hot glued on- there were pieces peeling off. The camera lens didn’t quite sit in with the phone. The dents and scratches on the phone were quite big for a “good” conditioned phone. On the up side, phone came with a new screen and 100% battery. Returning the model and hopefully will receive the right model and grade.
