    The phone looked physically amazing. Barely any scratches were visible to my eye. I got a good condition so i decided to make my expectations really low so I was very happy with what I received. With that, less than a week later, three or four days specifically, the touchscreen would not work for anything. I force reset the phone, powered it off when i could, nothing would ever help.

    this was my first time ordering from back market and just buying a refurbished item in general safe to say they deliver on their promises my package came 2 days early with the condition they said it would be in (was said the model was in excellent condition) I had a few questions about how it will connect with my service they got back to me the next day the only thing I wish the phone came with was a charging block than just the cord and a more fragile packaging like a box but overall I will definitely order from here in the future

    I have to be approaching double digit orders from Back Market. As has always been the case is the current awesome experience with an iPhone 13 I purchased for my daughters birthday. I always go for the excellent condition item, a few doll hairs more for a piece of electronics hundreds less than new, less than the smiley exclamation company, and always as described or better.     The phone is getting physically hot just when holding in hand. I also use the charger it came with and when charging it said it could no longer charge until cooled down when in house in AC. The battery says its good but will not even last until evening or as long as my iphone 13 did. I took it to apple store to trouble shoot and they said some light or screen? sensor was bad and maybe that was why battery was draining so fast. Im requesting to return/full refund as Ive had it for less than 2 weeks and am weary to order another refurbished phone. I am waiting to hear back from the seller.

    I bought this phone as a gift for my teenage daughter. Received it only to find out it is giving alerts for having a non apple battery replacement. I understand that it’s refurbished but it gives alert that a non apple battery was installed!! At the very least before selling a phone u could use the correct replacement parts
