    The phone came in less than a week after I ordered it, and I was expecting it to take about 2. The phone looked almost perfect, with only a little scratch on the chrome edge that is less than half a millimeter. When I initially got the phone, the display was separating a little bit. I contacted customer support and they responded within a few days and sent me a shipping label to send it back. Now the phone is basically in perfect condition. I know how hard it is to repair Iphones, so the techs that worked on it did a really good job! Face id works and the battery health is still shown.

    The price was fair, shipping was quick, and the phone I got was the right make and model and in the condition I expected it to be in. I also really appreciated the design of the box. It uses a little cardboard pocket to protect the phone instead of a bunch plastic or styrofoam. The box was also resealable in case I needed to return the phone for some reason. I'll becoming back to Blackmatket when I want to upgrade my laptop.
