    The phone I bought was a Iphone XS. It's fine but it seems an alternative battery (non-apple) was used (nothing against that, stick it to the man) and the phone seems to have issues with heating and perhaps battery life. Since that was one of the reasons I was rushed to get a new phone after my cracked screen Iphone SE started having overheating problems it is a bit disappointing. I hope it's just an battery install issue and others buying from the seller aren't having similar issues. My iphone cover comes tomorrow so I'll try it with that and see if that makes it feel better.

    Bought excellent condition and it looked like a brand new iPhone. The screen and body looked perfect and the battery was brand new. Only downside is non-Apple certified parts (or at least the battery) but it is a lot less expensive than buying a refurb directly from Apple so I guess that's the trade-off. I ended up returning and paying more for a brand new iPhone since I'm pickier about that sort of thing. Shipping was very fast and return was super easy.

    The phone was working like a new phone. It said “Hello” when I turned it on. It only took two hours to load the apps I use. It had all of the essential apps already on it. I got a SIM card that fit and now I can make calls without Wi-Fi. I really love my new phone even though it’s an older iPhone. I highly recommend getting a renewed phone from backmarket.
