    I thought the phone case would be the same quality as the clear case i’ve gotten before for a different phone, not sure if that was my fault on my part for not checking but that isn’t even the problem. Unfortunately I didn’t even get the screen protector with the package, and i’m almost sure it’s not coming in a separate package because I wasn’t notified about it + it says on the box that the case is supposed to come along with the screen protector. I tried to message for help with my package, I stated my problem and sent pictures of proof this morning but now it’s 9pm and I haven’t received any form of answer. I’m not sure how long it usually takes to receive a reply but I don’t know if anything will be done about it
