    The Pixel 8 Pro I got was in better condition than I thought it would be. The pictures are less distorted than the Best IPhone . I use it for all my important Photos .     So far my experience with my refurbished iPhone 13 pro max 512 has been very good. I upgraded from a iPhone x. So it was a big upgrade for me that I've been wanting for years! Other then it taking 2 days longer then expected to arrive it came in great shape. There was a couple little nicks here and there but you really have to look to be able to tell and see them. Battery life 91% One thing that is going wrong tho is every time I try to take a pictures it is very blurry. Even changing the distance back and forth and messing with it. Any closer up pics are just completely blurry. I can take far away pictures but when I want to zoom in my daughter's face or my dog it's just a blurry mess. And the one thing I really loved about the pro max was the 3 cameras. So thats disappointing. But everything else is going great. And I would buy another phone from them. I will be reaching out them about what to do about the camera lense issue. If your thinking about ordering from this website I would definitely trust them and order from them again. I am glad that I did.

    Generally, the device functions as expected and was in the condition advertised. However, I question whether my phone's OP Oxygen 16 release is the latest for the US market. Specifically, the Phone app does not perform as expected (and not as other US OP13 owners state). Long press on the phone app does not bring up the first 3 Favorites contacts (the only way OP users can put direct-dial shortcuts on the home screen). Separately, the trade-in program is not worth the time & effort. I sent in a flawless trade-in (as the pre-shipped pictures show), wrapped in 4 layers of bubble wrap, yet the trade-in partner claimed it had a chip in the display that wasn't there when I mailed it in. The trade-in counter-offer was reduced to an insulting $1.00, so I pulled the phone back.
