Customer support is processing a partial refund to offset what we paid for vs what we received, so overall everything is working out but the experience was not ideal.

The only negative was that I received a substandard charger with it that the phone complains is underpowered. Still internally debating whether it will be worth the time to complain about it and try to get it replaced or just give feedback that I noticed.
