    I saw a bunch of bad reviews about this phone and Back Market in general, so I was very nervous. But it was even better than I expected. I opened it up and it's all original parts. I bought excellent quality and it was better than excellent, I'm very happy with it, battery life lasts one day and 17 hours in one charge, I upgraded from an iPhone 14 witch i traded in, haven't received the money yet but it does say it takes up to 6 days after they receive it so we'll see, but other than that I would 100% recommend

    Ordered a fair phone. Battery is great! The dents and scratches were quite a bit more then advertised. The thumb print scanner wil not work do to the screen being too scratched up. The phone showed up super fast. Just a few days. The price I still consider fair even with the extra damage. I plan to buy good condition or better moving forward. I will absolutely buy from them again as saving over 50 percent can't really be beat. Plus it feels good not to contribute as much to E waste.

    I bought the excellent condition and it was like brand new. I'm a big fan of OnePlus and have had the 8 regular for about 4 years. Was still going strong, but the battery was getting slightly weaker and had some cracks. For a 5 year old model, the 8 Pro is still superior to the newest phones out in specs and features. Love the fact that a site like this exists.

    I got it in fair condition, expecting it to have tons of scratches on the screen and camera, but they look brand new. The battery health is at 91%, way higher than I was expecting. the only visible damage is on the top and bottom of the phone, if you get the right lighting but other than that it is perfect

    I'm very pleased with my phone. Looks like new. Works well. Battery capacity is 96%which is excellent. I just wish I had noticed before I ordered, that signature on delivery was required. If I hadn't noticed that I would have had it delivered to work instead of home. It took a few extra days before it could be re-delivered to third party location where I could pick up.

    Great product. Good price but most of all i love that the phones are refurbished instead of ending up in a landfill. Would give a 5 star but they ship signature required and that is a major pain in my butt because I work 6 days a week and long hours, I am never home when the fedex guy shows up. I'm not worried about stolen packages as I live in a small community and there are cameras all over but there are no options to opt out of signature required.
