    I ordered 2 iPhone X from Backmarket. Everything went well with the order until one phone’s screen stopped working. Instead of replacing it, they repaired it. Within a week of getting it repaired, the screen started to peel away. When I sent it back, they said that it was out of warranty because of heavy use. It was barely used and it had scratches on the screen protector but the actual phone was in perfect condition except for the screen peeling away. The management didn’t help and they told me too bad. I will not spend anymore money with this company and wanted to share my experience with a warranty repair. Not good!

    I bought an iPhone X in (very good) condition and the phone looks like a brand new phone super happy about that! Delivery: I purchased my phone on the 16th of Jan and it was shipped off on the 18th of Jan and arrived on the 25th. I was super nervous about it cause it was taking long to get here but im super happy it wasn't a fake phone. Quality: the phone is like brand new it has no scratches but keep in mind I also purchased a (very good) condition phone. Seller I bought from: ThePhoneStoreCo Battery: its at 85% but its better than my old phone which was at 70% and died every 20mins Carrier: its taking some time to get some service it should be fine. update: got it fixed Overall I think I bought from a very honest seller and the phone is excellent and beautiful I suggest you check the sellers profile first and work your way from there. Other than that im super happy about my phone and was super cheap !

    I have a Note8 which was starting to have some issues with background noise, crackling sounds etc. I still don't know if it is the ATT 5Ge network or the phone itself. I purchased a mint condition Note8 as I love that phone and so far everything has been fine. If it continues then I know the issue was the phone? This phone is running on 4LTE which is fine, fast enough for me., Quite honestly I don't think the 5G network is ready yet..many complaints online and many complaints from those who purchased a Note 20 and are having issues. One person wrote that they wished they hadn't traded in their Note8 for a Note20 because they want their Note 8 back. If this Note8 is fine, I will wait until the 5G network is working and stable and then get a better phone. For now, everything is fine. You can't beat 30 day refund or 1 year warranty either and that is why I decided to buy from this site. I like their vibe as well and The Phone Store that refurbished my phone was very communicable. Thanks and keeping fingers crossed that this phone is a great as my previous Note8!
