    I ordered this product in error due to an unclear and misleading product description that failed to clearly indicate it was not a 2nd generation model. Within five minutes of placing the order, I realized the mistake and immediately requested cancellation. Despite the request being made almost instantly, I was told the order was already “processing” and could not be canceled. As a result, I am now being required to wait for delivery, take photos, travel to a UPS store, and provide documentation just to return an item I never intended to purchase—all due to inaccurate or insufficient product information. This process places the burden entirely on the customer for an error that could have been prevented with a clearer product listing or a reasonable cancellation window. Denying a cancellation request made within minutes is unreasonable and not reflective of good customer service.
