    Absolutely DO NOT buy, they sent me two pairs for some reason? BOTH did not work. Both had BT connection issues, this is extremely upsetting as I have bought phones and computers here with no issues. I do not recommend and am surprised as I got "excellent" quality, they should ensure that they work and are able to connect properly before sending them to people.

    The iPad came with the body bent / warped!! And it's supposedly in "excellent" condition. Tried contacting BackMarket. Waited over an hour with no acknowledgement or response. An appalling experience all round. Even the "excellent" macbook pro i also bought, had stains and a dent in it. Never buying from here again
