    Did not like these AirPods at all and I’ve had many different pairs over the years. They do not stay put, the quality of the volume is not good. I didn’t want to deal with return and shipping back so I just gave them away.

    Awful. Shipping was slow (almost two weeks to be far race of the estimated delivery date), and then when my Apple Pencil did arrive it didn’t work at all. No paperwork. I used to be a loyal BackMarket customer but confidence in them is shaken. If you can afford to wait and have the patience to return and have them fix when something does t work, then this is the place for you!

    I was so excited. the quality was great EXCEPT---- every person I made. call with told me I sounded extremely muffled. I updated my phone restarted my phone. paired and unpaired the device. Fiddled with the sound settings. nothing that anywhere was suggesting worked. Maybe just a dud of a pair?? Really disappointing, a huge reason I use AirPods is for calls. My 6 year old crusty dying AirPods are 200x clearer than these. I sent them back for a refund, "if the seller finds the damages" or whatever.
