    Was delivered quickly and looks to be in excellent condition. The only thing I didn’t realize is that it says on the phone itself that it has been refurbished. My daughter doesn’t mind at all but some people might ask just mentioning it. I am very satisfied with the product and customer service this far. I would definitely order from this company again.

    The phone is in good condition. A few more scratches on the screen than I expected but it’s still in solid condition, the battery lasted for 2 days out of the box after setup so it’s definitely still good. Yeah great option with a very affordable price 10/10 will buy in the future.

    I wish the device had been cleaned just a little more thoroughly. There was still some grime on the silent switch and around the speakers, which was gross. The battery was also at a lower capacity than I had hoped. Other than that, the phone was in a good condition, worked well, and has had no issues since.

    At the end of February, I ordered an Unlocked iPhone 12 Pro in "Very Good" condition for my husband. It was his very first iPhone. The phone came packaged in a small, sturdy brown box with a new charging cord. The phone looks and acts brand new! In fact, I still find myself surprised when I remember that it was purchased at Back Market instead of at Apple. The phone is fantastic and my husband loves it. When the phone arrived, he and I began a new cell phone contract with Consumer Cellular. His new iPhone 12 Pro had an eSIM card and starting service with this new company was extremely easy and fast. When I can afford it, I am going to buy myself an iPad Pro from Back Market. I am very pleased with this company from start to finish. In fact, when logging in to leave this review, I discovered that this recent iPhone purchase shows up in my account with access to download and print my Receipt, Proof of Purchase, Proof of the extra 2-year Asurion Insurance I purchased that shows the start and ending dates with full Asurion documents and contact information. Just another added bonus from Back Market! (...fyi- I didn't buy the extra insurance because I was worried about the Back Market iPhone itself. I was worried only about my husband's clumsy hands :)
