    I ordered Excellent condition but condition was Fair/Good with multiple scratches and dings to the body of the phone easily visible from arms length. Battery health at 85% which is within spec but was dissapointed. Screen was replaced with OEM part 6 months ago and is perfect. However I am going to return it.

    The phone was in nice condition when it arrived, but now that it is not working (stuck in a reboot loop) I have experiencing terrible customer support both from Backmarket and the phone warranty service they recommended. I have been without a phone for 9 days. The last 5 day waiting for a response from Backmarket in order to process my repair/return. I need this to be resolved with Backmarket as I can not go to any local phone repair shops, per thier policy. The discount in price is quickly evaporating as I this disruption affects my business and the 14+ hours I have spent trying to resolve the issue. I will think twice before purchaing a phone from them in the future.

    So, I purchased the iPhone 11 256gb and I was nervous getting it because I recently purchased the same phone from another website and I had to send it back due to malfunctions. The order arrived on time and there was only 1 very small scratch on the side that’s not even noticeable unless u are inspecting it.
