    Top Class using th TigerPhones retailer on BackMarket. Ordered a "Fair" phone with a new battery. Price was great, and condition was quite good as well. Camera works great too. I am in this position because I ordered a phone previously from BackMarket from JemJem (Do not use these thieves!) in Excellent condition. It came full of deep scratches, a non working camera and 80% battery, which was frustrating since there is a $4.99 quality assurance fee which obviously does not work. I am very pleased all was fixed and that BackMarket supported my cause after some back and forth.

    Excellent mailing and arrival times, excellent packaging. Looked forward to the IP12 and got disappointed. Took over an hour to update the ios, the battery health is at 85% which means it needs to be replaced (according to apple) and the phone runs hot during use; this was not mentioned in the reviews as this is an ongoing problem with the IP12. This is the third refurbished IPhone I have purchased and each required an $85 battery replacement. Apple does not know what to do as the phone only runs hot when in use (duh). When all the do's and look ats are done the phone still runs hot. In addition, there is a potential for the display to fall apart as apple notification states the parts used in the display are not genuine apple. I didn't by the phone to have it just sit someplace looking pretty. And the icing on the cake, a new service sim and plan needed to be purchased. Has anyone heard of full disclosure?
