    Phone came in good condition and didn't have not scorches and cracks only had one small dent on the top, but overall not even noticeable. works fine and good only problem is when using it for more then 15 mins it starts to warm up pretty quick but it shouldn't be a issue. overall phone came amazing and very quick delivery.

    This site has a fun PR team. It makes for a fun shopping experience but, things can be improved such as the delivery options, more specifically, with USPS. First Class packages often times require a signature. And often times the customer either doesn’t know about that or, they forgot about it. I wasn’t able to receive my package about a week later, today. Some of these Post Offices are not very prompt in answering a customer’s request for a redeliver. The process really takes two days after the first delivery attempt. If there is a way Back Market could remind us if a signature is needed upon delivery, that would great. On top of it all considering the iPone 14 Pro it’s self… the words “Excellent condition” is a bit misleading. I understand that I ventured into a refurbished phone market, (First and Last purchase through said market) but, excellent is a strong word. My 13 Pro is in better condition. Maybe some detailed pictures rather than the stock images can provide more piece of mind for the customers? There is a tiny micro scratch on the lower left side of the screen towards the bottom. I strongly dislike micro scratches. Last but not certainly not lease, I guess the wording “Dual eSim” had deceived me or, there might be a possibility I was sent the wrong model. That is the whole reason why I came here shopping. I thought that I was purchasing a Canadian iPhone 14 Pro model with a sim tray. 🤦🏾‍♂️
