    I ordered the item in premium condition and received it with very tiny 1-2 scratches on the screen, but they are only noticeable if you look closely. It still feels like brand new, so it's acceptable to me. The device also has a new battery. I've added a screen protector, so the scratches are no longer noticeable

    I activated my phone, and my screen is burned in. Icons that I don’t even have installed. Meaning, it was burned in before I got the phone. Not sure what to do as the “ask for help” just leads to a screen saying “blank template” and nothing more. Not sure who to contact or how to get a replacement.

    Works great. Looks new. Only small thing is the battery level of the phone was at 80% when I got it. I was expecting more than 80%, because the phone battery seems to die pretty quickly. Other than that, it works great. Screen is clean, camera works great, and the speakers are loud!

    Took too long to come In but all in all the phone was actually really good had 1 or 2 scratches and around the camera lens the paint was a little bit scratched up but for fair condition it’s amazing and I got a new battery with it and I’m super happy that is was a Apple battery I thought when I got it would would have to take it to the Apple Store and get a brand new battery but I didn’t and the back glass screen is obviously a 3rd party but it’s okay I don’t really care about that I just cared about the functionality of the phone and wanted to make sure the speakers were completely working perfectly everything was good

    I was ordering the phone as a Christmas gift. I didn’t see the email saying there was a problem processing the payment of the phone until a week later. The phone still came in time for Christmas. So far, we’re happy with the product. We were disappointed that the battery was in the low 80%, I believe, but other than that, it seems like new—so far. It’s only been 2 weeks. This was my first purchase with Back Market, but I would certainly consider doing so again.

    Ok this is the most accurate review you’ll get. I was scrolling through the reviews VERY SKEPTICAL. I thought the reviews were fake and paid people. I took the risk though and purchased a 14 Plus (which btw the prices depending on the color does change throughout the day, I hate that part..) But I purchased it in Fair condition. When I received the phone I got a USB apple charger (should’ve came with a fast one!) But the phone was in mint condition! I didn’t look in to see any scratches so if they’re there then I don’t notice them. The battery has a 93% and my batter lasts ALL DAY compared to my XR. Definitely worth the price and money, I’m so grateful to have a good first experience on this app.
