    Excellent iPhone 13 mini in nearly pristine condition and 100% battery life (paid extra for extra battery, but worth it!). Well packaged and received quickly. A little bit of crusty grunge around the plug and speaker holes could have been cleaned better but I got rid of it myself. Very happy with the purchase.

    First, let me say, I love dealing with Back Market: the ease of dealing with your website, your follow-up, and best of all, your sense of humor. Regarding the phone, I like it. I originally had a great deal of difficulty getting the data transferred from my old phone to the new one. Thanks to Apple's help, I was successful.     Shipping and delivery were very fast which is great because I needed a new phone quickly. Was disappointed that I paid for “excellent” and the edge of the body around the screen has several dings, not large, but clearly visible to the eye even from a distance. Also the same model, color, condition was listed the next day for $20 cheaper. I also notice that when I got the phone the battery capacity was 93%, after one week of use it’s already dropped to 91% which is curious.

    I give this phone a 4.5/5. It was punctual, as it came in the 2-day shipping promised, and it looked pristine, as it had no scratches/damage anywhere that I could see. I only have two minor issues with it though. One, the phone wasn't cleaned sufficiently, as I saw a small tube of gunk in the earpiece speaker that I had to go in myself to clean. Second, I received the phone, and it had 92% on its battery (to be expected), but the next morning, it went down a whole percent! I think this is much too quick, but it didn't affect any performance issues with the battery. Overall, I recommend Back Market to those who are looking for modern technology for cheap, but always select the condition as "Excellent" or "Premium". Anyone who reads this review should give this listing a try.

    Bought in excellent condition red iPhone 13. The screen and body great condition; no scratches or dents that I see. The phone functions correctly. The only thing I was a little sad about was battery health 86 percent; I was thinking 90s to even 100 percent for excellent condition. I bought good condition iPhone 13 for son from different website and it was 100 percent battery and beautiful condition very nice surprise. Therefore for me I would probably spent less and gotten good condition not excellent because put case on I care about battery health more. However shipped out same day ordered; used usps option; came in decent packaging…no damaged to phone from shipping. I would recommend this seller annd iPhone 23 and site. iPhone 13 I heard will get app iOS updates until 2026 few years and security about 2028 so 3/4 years security…not bad. Phone not heavy to hold and screen pretty bright and easy to see; I like 13 more than even 14 pro that I had.
