    I clicked on 4 out of 5. I didn't click on 5 because I am not a website power user and I know even less about buying a cell phone. So I was clicking around in a befuddled state only due to my own shortcomings. I feel bad that I can't honestly give a 5. The website and information was plentiful and spot on. The emails that I received at every step of the way, with a pinch of humor, were very nice. I was kept aware of everything. Including to "be ready today" because my delivery was expected...and was made. The phone itself is perfect. It is claimed that it has been refurbished. They may be not telling the truth. It seems like it is Brand NEW! I will definitely use Back Market again when the need hopefully rises for my growing business. Then I will be able to give a full 5 smiley face review since I will know what I am doing!

    My experience with Back Market has been tremendously positive. This phone was the 4th item I've purchased refurbished from Back Market. The iPhone 15 quality is certainly better than the iPhone 12 I traded in. One downside is the phone has crashed a few times while in Portrait mode in the camera app. The OS froze then the screen went fuzzy. I had to manually reboot the phone a couple of times. On the 12 it would sometimes lag in Portrait mode but this was a first. I'll keep an eye on it.
