    Fair condition = great condition. I've purchased several "fair condition" items in multiple transactions and have been blown away by the quality of each device. Overall the phone is in great condition. The backside of the phone is flawless. The display has two minor scratches but these are easily obscured by a tempered glass screen protector. Great battery life, fully functional lighting port, volume rockers, power and mute.

    I overall can't complain I ordered a unlocked iPhone 12 pro max in fair condition and I must say that I was a little skeptical this being my first order from back market, but I was surprised. The body of the phone was in far better condition than I thought it would be. There were no real noticeable scratches around the body all but one scuff mark on the back which is hardly noticeable and a few minor scratches on the screen which was to be expected. The battery health is at 87% so I will be getting that replaced, but I had already made plans to swap that out any how. So far the speakers and microphone are in great working condition everything else seems to work just fine. This is my first iPhone, so it is a new experience for me I am a android lover but decided to try the iPhone out and didn't want to pay full price for one. I still love my Samsung galaxy s21 plus though. It has only been a few days since I received this phone so I can't really say to much but so far so good. Oh delivery on the other hand was quick it came on the expected day, but also I sat around waiting the entire day the day prior because I got a delivery update saying the phone was going to arrive a day earlier only for FedEx to switch the date back after I wasted a entire day! Then on the actual day of the delivery I thought my package required a signature but I guess it didn't I visually saw the driver pull up in front of my house and he threw my package and it was a hard fall.. what if that damaged my phone??? I made sure to notify the company of this because I may not have payed full price for the phone but I still spent a pretty penny and I would like my package as well as anyone else would to arrive in one piece as intended. That was very inconsiderate of that driver. This was no fault of back market though. I recommend buying a phone if you're hesitant!

    First, I thot I’d get a case and screen protectors with my phone, later realizing that only the protectors will be with my phone delivery. Then the phone came by itself, nothing else, so I thought perhaps I wasn’t supposed to get the others. So I ordered a case and screen protectors from Amazon, which came the next day. Then subsequently the screen protectors and case came. Otherwise, I love the phone so that’s what’s important! Then, I also didn’t see the military discount until after I placed my order.
