    Honestly for 520 I was expecting to receive something better, the battery is in the limit of the premium status (91) the screen has marks of the screen being replaced, the phone is slow that scares, I should pay the extra 200 and get the brand new and not this, even the charger, the cable, is from a Chinese brand, is nlt even the original, I don’t recommend this, honestly to call premium this bad quality???

    Paid extra for phone in excellent condition and new battery. Battery was at 88% within days of use. Return options would leave me without a phone. Huge waste of time and effort and tigerphones was less then helpful offering only to send back the phone to fix their error and wait for repair and return. Not possible once my old phone is gone. Very disappointing. I thought Back Market was a reputable vendor, but lousy options = bad customer service.

    The phone physically has no problems, looks wise, the issue is the battery. It dies within hours of me using it, I don’t think the battery health is accurate because it’s been at 87% capacity since I bought the phone from here a couple months ago and has been dying faster and faster as the months go by. I can’t go anywhere without a charger in my purse.
