    Bought a fair condition iPhone and this phone looks brand new! One tiny scuff near the charging input and the battery life was at 100%!!! The only minor down side I have is that the screen is I’m assuming not an official iPhone product because I’m getting “unknown part” notifications in my settings. This will probably go away after a few days and the screen works and looks just as a normal iPhone should. For paying what I did for a refurbished iPhone I’d expect all official apple parts, but the phone is great and 100% battery was unexpected

    I would absolutely give this zero stars if I could. Phone's screen is completely messed up. In the beginning it was just a little corner that would light up weird. Then, at certain screen light conditions, the whole screen will flash quickly. And now, the left side doesn't even work. I don't know what they did to this phone and what cheap, cut-rate stuff they put in it, but this was an absolutely terrible experience. Go and buy a new phone because I'll have to do that anyway. Don't waste any of your money because I am so over it.

    My 2nd try ordering a blue iphone 12 on back market and this time it was a success!! The first time was from a different seller and the phone was not at all as promised physically and the battery capacity was worse than my current phone at 86%. However, Back market was super communicative and helpful and I was able to send the phone back for a full refund. Amazing customer service! This time, I ordered a phone that was specifically listed as having a new battery and everything arrived as promised! There are a few paint scratches/dings on the frame but only one tiny one around the camera. This is pretty close to the 'excellent' condition that was promised, although now the rating on condition says "very good"... Ah well, I'm mostly very happy with it. Everything else is in great condition, the battery capacity is at 100% and it isn't even giving me one of those warnings that the battery's been replaced by an unauthorized party. It's perfect and setup was so smooth! Thanks so much!!!
