    I had an HORRIBLE experience with back market. Almost a month ago after doing a lot of research, I purchased an iPhone 13 mini in an excellent condition from back market. The phone was delivered on time and looked clean but as soon as I turned it on, the screen was lagging, it was unresponsive, really slow in processing applications and typing.. I was confused because I had read all the promising articles by back market about how they provide the best quality but that wasn’t the case at all. I took the phone to Apple Store the next day and after running an analysis test, they said that the phone failed the cellular test. That it was going to cost me 300 to get that fixed. Failing a cellular test means the whole back part of the phone is damaged. After reporting it to back market, they wanted to me send the device back. IT TOOK FOREVER to return, about 15 days until they send me another device. I was all excited and THE PHONE HAD THE SAME ISSUES (unresponsive touch and slow processing). It’s like they sent the same phone back again. I am done and have asked for a refund. Now it’s going to take a week for the phone to be deliver to the back market and 2 business days for refund. It’s now going to be more then a month I have been in this mess. I made a mistake buying from back market. I am highly disappointed by there quality of product. Will never buy from back market again.
