    I bought a device from "tigerphones" and it arrived completely destroyed. The screen and the back glass became shattered to pieces. It also had a hole in the screen and one of the sides was out of place. This matter could have been avoided if both box and phone were protected correctly. The customer service at Back Market to deal with this problem was indeed excellent. I had direct contact with an agent, who was the one following the matter.
