    I've been wanting a mac for a while this was a early christmas/well earned treat for myself I most definitely don't regret purchasing this mac I love it so much got it in the "great" condition still came close to almost brand new, barely any scratches only thing u could tell is the the previous owner had stickers on the mac good battery life and came with a good charger but over nothing wrong with the computer it didn't come in a original apple box like i hope it would with reading other comments but overall this was the best investment I've purchased for myself

    It's been a few weeks, and I'm happy so far. Customer experience was great. Shipped quickly. The Macbook Air I ordered was as advertized in "Good" condition with a couple of small nicks, the worse being a small one on the lower part of the screen, but I already don't notice it. I will report that I have had two small issues with the computer's performance. On two occasions, it has shut down suddenly. But I think it is related to temperature. I live in a rustic cabin in the woods and it gets down to the low 30s at night this time of year. The issue happened both times first thing in the morning. Connecting the charger resolved it both times. If it gets worse, I will reach out about the warranty, which this Macbook came with. I like what Back Market is doing and I would use the service again. In fact, when I need a new phone, I'll be checking them out.

    this is my first ever apple product, especially a labtop. I bought apple because I heard it's the best for photographers to use LRC & PS. works great! I have everything up and running, although I found when I did a bunch of edits in PS, the fan kicked on inside, and it was very loud and warm. that lasted maybe less than 5 min, and it's back to normal. more scrapes than I thought there would be for good condition, but all and all, I'm super happy about my purchase. thank you!
