    I bought this phone for my wife because she wanted to upgrade her galaxy s20+ to the s23+, so far is working great, she loves the Lavendar color, the only thing she is sad about is the Facebook avatar doesn't want to load. But overall if my wife is happy then I am happy. Thanks Back Market for a great phone.     I was kinda skeptical to buy because of the great deal I got but was very happily surprised. I bought the good condition and it arrived it mint condition with only 2 micro paint chips. The only kinda downside was battery health was at 84%, by hey you get what you pay for. I also wanted to note that the screen was obviously replaced because i noticed the display was put in a little incorrectly because the display was popping out maybe a nanometer on the bottom right corner. I highly recommend back market to anyone looking for an affordable alternative to apple rip offs!

    They advertise that the device is under warranty but they don't tell you that it doesn't have the full features of a pixel 9. The pixel 9 is advertised to be waterproof, fully submerged to 5ft. The 2nd day of activating the phone, I had it in a steamy room and it turned off. The cameras got full of condensation from the inside, it never turned back on. I asked them to help me via the warranty, but they claimed since it was water damage -- fully within the specs that a pixel 9 should be rated for -- they couldn't help me. So 1 day of phone use, and I'm out 900$. I will never shop at back market again.
