    My dauthter is very happy with her new iPhone 14 Plus. Not only does it look like a new phone, but it is also functioning like one also. There are absolutely zero issues whatosover. I am her father and how can I not be happy with saving a few hundred dollars on a basically brand new phone? I also had an issue with receiving proper notification from Asurion for the extended warranty plan that I purchased. Juan from the Black Market Customer Care team handled that situation in a very polite and professional manner. I appreciate you for that Juan, seriously. It basically turned out that it was not located in the system, because my telephone not correct. I got that corrected with Asurion and I am not good to go! This was the second purchase I made and I will definitely be considering you all; Back Market for my future purchases and will most definitely be telling the family and friends. Thanks again and keep up the great work!
