    I ordered a purple phone and they sent a navy blue one. Yes it works and it’s in great condition but it’s not the color I wanted. They said my options were to return it and get my money back, or return it and wait for them to send the right thing but I needed a phone I couldn’t wait and I didn’t want my money back I just wanted the correct color. My problem wasn’t solved and I’m not thrilled but the phone itself is good so it’ll do for now.

    I typically have a great experience buying on Back Market. This particular time, however, I got an iPhone that wouldn't pair with Bluetooth devices. The Bluetooth devices in my house all pair just fine with other devices, so the failure to pair was clearly an issue with this iPhone purchased through Back Market. In the future, I would like to be able to purchase a device on Back Market and have confidence that all sensors and device features have been confirmed to be in working order. Thanks.
