    At first when I received this phone, I was pleased. It looked clean and tight. It worked well. However, I was a bit unsure about the "unsupported part" alerts that were on the settings. I remember a sticker on the bubble wrap indicating the the screen was not an Apple part but there was no indication that the camera had been replaced, too. In good faith I accepted the phone and started using it. All went fine for a few days until it rained and the phone got wet. Iphones are water resistant and even can handle being submerged in water for a short time. However, this one showed problems right away. The camera lenses fogged up within a couple of minutes of getting wet. Usually, if an iphone gets wet, you just let it dry out and all is fine. This phone is unresponsive after less than 24 hours and completely unusable. I have requested a refund. It was my understanding that I was purchasing an iphone in Excellent Condition. What I got is not this condition. It is inferior to other phones I've purchased from BackMarket that were listed as Excellent. We've had no problem with 3 other refurbished phones purchased from BackMarket. I'm disappointed and would like a refund so I can buy another phone that is truly in Excellent Condition.

    Your company is great if you don’t have a problem. I don’t respond well to multiple choice. I want to explain to someone, what’s going on and I want them to provide guidance when it’s convenient for me which is when I log onto my account to try to resolve but the multiple choice does not cover my issue and I don’t wNt to wait until you can contact me. It should be the other way around. The phone does not work properly. It’s not my phone so I don’t have access to it all the time ( only when I’ve reached out) and it’s a hectic time for me right now and I don’t want to spend unnecessary time dealing with a computer. I want a human. You have no info@ or support@ email or a phone number to contact you. I’m frustrated, I’m sure you can tell. At this point, I’m ready to just return it. I’ve had wonderful experiences with your company but that’s when all is good. The bad needs more attention. Thank you.
