    The phone number as defective. It has a foggy haze at the bottom of the screen that won’t go away. Also the phone over heats after having it on for only 3-4 minutes. This is ridiculous and very disappointing. This was a gift for my brother who is in the Air Force and will be deployed so he no longer will get to receive the phone.

    It came in a blank white box similar to one you would get when your purchase an I phone . It arrived working 3 days very pleased with the condition it came in ! A few little scuffs on the edges but not noticeable . I will definitely be coming back to upgrade in a few months!

    The condition of the phone is fantastic. No scratches. It looks *almost* new. The shipping took a little while to get here. My problem is the battery is almost completely shot, and that's not covered by the warranty. I was hoping that it was replaced since the phone is "refurbished" but it certainly wasn't. So now I have to shell out another $60+ to have it replaced.

    The phone works but the camera doesn’t which is the only reason I got this phone. The .5 setting is all white or has colorful streaks all over the screen and I have to touch that lens and push it to get it to go away and it’s still just not a high quality picture like it should be. And randomly the regular lenses just don’t show anything .

    It doesn't work. Verizon people say it doesn't recognize the SIM card - must be defective. Back Market did help me figure out how to return it but what a hassle. If you are in the business of refurbishing phones (which I applaud) check them out before you mail them out!

But I paid for "excellent" condition - and the iPhone I got is NOT "excellent" condition !! :-( There are obvious to the touch rough edges on all the corners and around the camera lenses. Please let me know what we can do to fix this !! If damaged corners counts as "excellent" - then you have a problem.
