    The good: Laptop condition is good and specs mostly match the listing. The listing stated 1TB HD and the unit I received had 2TB, so no complaints there. The price was very good for the specs and condition. The bad: The charger I received was after-market, not OEM, and was not functional. It didn't work to charge this laptop or other laptops, disappointing considering the price paid. The resolution: The seller "didn't have a replacement charger in stock" and so they didn't send a replacement, but Backmarket was responsive to the issue and gave me a $25 credit which I was able to transfer to my bank account. Purchased a charger off Amazon and will be here in 2 days, about a week after delivery of the laptop.

    honestly i love everything with this device and i’ve shopped with backmarket my whole life. i first discovered you guys when the 11 came out and i bought it here as well as my kids 3 11s too, so this was the first place i looked when i needed this new phone. i’ve spent maybe 5000$ here and every time it’s perfect. and even when you buy the excellent but not perfect option, 95% of the time the battery life will come at 100% anyways (especially if it’s a phone that came out recently). the airpods i also bought are AMAZING. never have heard of noise cancelling before and it’s life changing. thank you! i will come back soon!
