However - the iPad arrived and as it was a gift for my granddaughter who lives in a different city than me - I didn't actually see it. But - she was thrilled and so far it is in perfect working condition and according to her - and her mom - it is in SUPER condition. Clean as a whistle! Everyone is happy! My only comment would be that for a product advertised as "mint" condition, there was a little dirt visible where the screen meets the case of the phone.
