    UC Technology sent me a completely different laptop, which was un-refurbished and would not turn on. The sticker on the bottom of the laptop didn't even match the printed model name, or the product that I ordered, and it was heavily damaged but the box wasn't. Returned it, but the BackMarket staff seemed to be barely reading my messages, and at one point, once they had seen pictures of the damaged laptop, said that they needed MY personal information in order to file a claim with the shipper. As if UC Technology didn't just mail out some broken laptop. This was not my first Backmarket Purchase, but it will probably be my last.

    I am so unhappy about this iPhone 11 Pro Max purchase. I purchased a MacBook Pro 16 2019 two months ago and it is in perfect condition, But not this purchase about iPhone. Firstly, the iPhone comes with 81% battery health, which is not a "good" condition. A "good" condition as Bakcmarket indicates should be at least 85%. Secondly, the camera of this phone was bad while turns to portrait mode. The worst part is the "display/screen". It is apparently not the original display from apple and the system did say "this is not the original display". Combined with the scars on the side, it could be assumed that the display/screen was replaced by accidentally dropped or crushed. Hopefully, the backmarket could replace another one to me as soon as possible!
