I have been trying to find a way to contact this seller for days because I bought this iPhone 7 for my kid it seemed to work at first but it did take hours to restore from the icloud. I figured out why, it’s because the WiFi doesn’t work even though it shows in settings that it is connected. I have tried to erase the phone so I can send it back but because the WiFi doesn’t work it can’t validate the Apple ID and password. Have tried for the last two days. If the seller sees this I hope they reach out to me since I can’t get in touch with them directly.

This device was listed as very good quality, but it arrived with a large amount of scratches on both the front and the back. Based off of CTIA grading standards this device is a D grade which being honest is generous. I could not be more disappointed in the blatant misrepresentation of the quality of this product, and now I have to wait for a full refund, then go through this entire process again, because the refurbisher does not have any more stock of the device ordered.

If I could rate this -100000 I would. The phone screen kept blacking out and the phone constantly was running hot. I sent it back so they could fix the phone it seems as if they fixed the screen but the phone was still running hot fast. Then I tried getting a refund they said I could not due to the phone being cracked in the shipping process. Yet when I shipped the phone it was perfectly fine. Will never buy from you guys again!
