    Gizmogo has dozens of bad reviews on several websites. The iPhone I received was ‘fair’ at best, and battery was bad. I returned it within 2 days. Used the same packing materials they used. So they partially refund the purchase price claiming the phone was damaged. They tip peoples off, a lot. I want the balance of what I paid. I’ve been a customer of BackMarket for awhile. I’ve recommended you to others. I won’t be doing business with you again unless this is made right.

    I’ve been hoping this would be resolved by updates or by deleting any new apps. Unfortunately the iPhone 12 I purchased has 2 obvious issues 1.randomly shuts down/ switches off. It takes a few seconds before it will restart and then it goes ok for a while and then does the same thing 2. The camera quality is not normal - even my iPhone 11 was better. It’s ‘muddy’, lacking clarity, luminosity and vibrancy.
