    My buds arrived in perfect condition - they were clean and looked brand new. Pairing the buds with my phone and using them was easy; they are 100% functional. I occasionally have to repeat the action when I want to rewind or skip a song, but it's not that big of an issue.

    Excellent experience. Apple Watch v6 44mm arrived in a condition very much better than “fair” described. I’ve order a great many items from BM with a “fair” rating and they have all exceeded my expectations. Operates perfectly. No issues with the device as of the writing of this. I wasn’t impressed with the vendors urgency to ship. Still 5 stars.

    So, I got the box very quickly which I appreciate. I then opened the box to see an amazingly well done packaging system complete with the original box and all. The airpods came perfectly charged with a 72%. They connected perfectly and they play perfectly. The only thing I have to say is that sometimes they drop out and resume slowly getting louder. Rarely occurs, and it might be just something wrong internally. Either way, I bought the fair version and for the price I paid, I would 100% percent say that it was worth it. Thanks for being a quality service!

    Great product, they arrived early and in great state. These were like new and I would totally recommend these to someone else. Noise cancelation and Ambient sound work really good. My only complaint is that the tips came in the black color instead of the silver color to match the buds and only the small and big sized tips came included (no medium size tips). Overall it's a great product and i would totally recommend these, i have changed my perspective on refurbished tech and they have better sound than my AirPods 1st gen I switched from! 5 stars!👍

    The fit is great, the noise-cancelling is honestly better than expected. Despite being refurbished the battery life is nearly as long lasting as new, about 6hrs continuous play out of the case, review for new buds listed 7h. No marks or anything on the buds themselves, the case is only lightly scratched. It took a few days before they shipped, but it still arrived a day before expected so shipping was overall good. The only negative I can say was there was no manual/quick start/directions so I had to Google how to insert/bluetooth pair/download the proper app/etc. Was a little bit of an initial hiccup but we got there.

    They sound absolutely amazing. Clear crisp sound and good bass. The only thing I don't like about the ear buds are, they are a little to big for my ears. I have small ears and I am always adjusting them because I feel they are going to fall out! So I don't workout with them on. The noise canceling seems to be better in the older galaxy ear buds but it could be because the new ones don't fit my ears as well. I am still glad I got them despite them being too big.
