    I was sent a unit with a non-functioning battery that wouldn’t take a charge (and which kept rebooting as a result) and that also included the wrong charger: I was sent a Lightning charger instead of USB-C. It also had a large gouge on one edge. Not satisfactory, given that I selected the top tier for condition. Had to send it all back, and bought elsewhere instead.
