    I have purchased 4 phones from back market ( from a few different sellers) and I can assure any skeptic that they don’t even need to question or worry about what condition there refurbished device is going to arrive in because there always as flawless as can be for what you have payed for condition wise. then the important part being does the device function properly and everything? Of course they do each and every device I have purchased off of back market has had no issues whatsoever, the devices functionality always exceed my expectations for quality! Again from the cosmetic aspect to the functionality of the software everything is always spot on for what condition you choose to pay for. I have picked every condition that they offer just about and not once did I feel unhappy with my purchase! In fact it is always the complete opposite! I would recommend back market to anyone and everyone who’s in need of up grading there current phone or just needs a quality device period and is on a budget! Cause the homies at back market have your back, And they also have the environments back because each device they refurbish and put back into the market and inevitably back in lot use in a customers hands as a functioning device is sparing the planet from that device’s e waste from poisoning the environment! So if you had any doubts of the legitimacy of back market and the amazing people who are selling on back market, just know it’s not even worth questioning! I promise you’ll be happier the planet will be happier and if it’s a gift your peoples will be happier!!!     Greetings: Like the Services Received. Happy to have businesses refurbishing electronics. My iPhone 7 Plus arrived and I have been using. I have identified mechanical or technical problems such as screen freezing, tactile screen issues, and screen going full black. When screen returns from blackout information is lost which requires me to REDO - frustrating. As a Disabled Person, it often takes Great Effort to complete a task and maintain independence. It took me 4 months to finally have funds available to make purchase. I wish for Professional Feed-Back from Seller. I am confident that this matter will be resolved.
