    Quality of the product was great. It was a used x box 360 and looked brand new. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep it or not so I had emailed the seller. Without hesitation he sent me a return label free of charge when dropping the product off at ups. Within 3 to 5 days it was on our doorstep which was a relief because it was a Christmas present and my last minute planning had me ordering a week before. My son absolutely loves it and plays on it every day. Best Christmas present as what he continues to tell my husband and I.

    I haven't had the chance to play it much but so far it's working great. Besides for the packaging, this could have been a brand new unit! I was pleasantly surprised that it came with all the necessary cables & 2 sets of remote/nunchucks since the picture & description only show the console & one remote. I had already purchased additional remotes, cords & cables, and nunchucks from Amazon but was able to return those.

    Exactly as described, packed decently, no damages, only wish I'd read that it doesn't say it comes with a cord for the controller but that was my bad not theirs. Just what I was looking for, I am very happy with my purchase thank you! *wanted to add that everything is still great, though the buttons on the controller were sticky straight out of the box, and that the battery pack doesn't sit right in the controller; won't connect properly. Not a big deal for me as I have another cable for it. It is still a great purchase.
