    I didn't open package. I was already intrigued by the refurbished knowledge put out by your team. However, not knowing what customizing my I phone entailed, I returned phone for one in better cosmetic condition. I understand that both fair, good and excellent will all work the same.     Very happy with the phone. I highly recommend Back Market for any phone purchase. I replaced my Google Pixel 5 after my battery overheated and eventually overtime didn't hold a charge. It was my fault for changing it on a hot car dashboard one to many times. I will be more careful with my new one. Just happy to have a good working phone and being somewhat environmentally conscious about it. Thank you Back Market for a good quality replacement at an affordable price!

    It was in great physical condition ,like new. And it arrived with partial battery power. I had forgotten to order a screen protector, so that may be a prompt when the purchase is being finalized to add a screen protector. I had some trouble with moving my data to new phone as my old one was DEAD ! As well it took a few resets to get my apple watch connected thoroughly but it finally is working. Not sure what the problem was.
