    ordered in excellent condition, phone just had very small micro scratches on the screen that you can see only at a 45 degree angle of the screen, barely visible you have to look for it. Battery health at 93%, which im happy with. Other than that phone in truly perfect condition, would buy from this seller again.

    Quality of the tablet and service was great! The best ever! BUT! I did not know that there are no longer any software updates so we cannot download any applications to add to the tablet. The only thing you can basically use it for is for basic functionality and web browsing. There should have been a warning of some sort stating this, i would have brought a more modern one instead of wasting my money on the 4th generation tablet.

    TL;DR: Sent Space Grey instead Gold. Tried to fulfill original request with Gazelle but was worse. Am fond of the Space Grey and very appreciative of the battery health condition. I was initially disappointed bc my color and condition selection could not be fulfilled. And instead of cancelling the order for a refund, I was sent a replacement (like new 256 GB Space Grey). After using gazelle to fulfill my original order request of Gold 256gb excellent condition, they sent me a damaged phone at the price of an excellent condition. After much though, the order originally fulfilled through BackMarket was truly the best compromise possible. And I’m growing more fond of the Space Grey color in general. The stainless steel borders is so premium that i may have been mistaken in not looking in the direction of this color. ALSO for a 3+ used phone, the battery health started at 93%. Though i returned the device, I’m not too upset. It would just be nice to have the order cancelled if the original requests can’t be fulfilled

    It came on time. Only thing, I bought silver and they gave me blue with a note saying silver is no longer in stock… so a miscount of inventory on their behalf. Wanted to return it but that would be too much work and time. Phone works just like new and is amazing other than that!
