    The quality of the phone is fine. However, it was advertised as "fully unlocked," and it's not fully unlocked. Now I suffer through the process of sending the phone back to the seller and waiting for them to unlock it or send me a new one. I should be texting and talking and browsing by now, but somebody didn't pay attention to the details. Frustrating!
