    I have received a phone with a barely functional screen (iPhone 8 plus). It has been replaced by the seller 3 times and it still is barely functional. The latest time they had me send the phone back to them promising me to replace it, they out and out lied. They got me to return the phone and will not send a replacement. This is about as dishonorable as it gets. 4 phones later, I still don't have a functioning phone. WisephoneER has lied to my face, been rude and hostile, and doesn't deserve to be in business if they treat their customers like this. BackMarket has refused to back me up and this has taken over a year to resolve. It's still not resolved. On the 4th replacement, they sent a phone that was several grades below the one that I originally purchased. The screen was so out of whack, I can't even enter my PIN without having to reboot the phone several times. Once I sent it back, they claimed that it was working fine. I am still without a functioning phone and WisephoneER has lied to my face and still owes me a working phone. I do not condone the use of BackMarket or WisephoneER. I was sold a phone with an aftermarket inferior screen though this was not disclosed at the time of purchase. Stay away!!!!!!!!!
